Autodesk Inventor 2013 Product Serial 15

Apple has determined that, in a limited number of older generation 15-inch MacBook Pro units, the battery may overheat and pose a fire safety risk. Affected units were sold primarily between September 2015 and February 2017 and product eligibility is determined by the product serial number.

My installation failled of "Infrastruc Design Ste Premium 2013 English". Some of the products said it successfully installed, but nothing worked. So I tried un-installing.Some products where able to be un-installed, but Civil 3D would not. It would hang as soon as you clicked un-install from "Add/Remove" Programs. I even let it sit over night, it just said "initiallizing", but never progressed. I've tried re-booting.

I bought the products from Amazon. They came in a package from "Amazon Fulfillment Services", as the return adress, with Amazon printed all over the envelope. I don't know what you mean with "backup media orders". I tried to google it and it just brings me to this thread. How do you get the email from autodesk then?

Product keys are required for installation of Autodesk products and are used to differentiate products that are both sold independently and as part of a product suite. For example, installing AutoCAD 2013 as a point product requires product key 001E1, but installing AutoCAD 2013 from the Autodesk Product Design Suite Ultimate 2013 requires product key 781E1.
